T20 Nano Starch Paste Enhancer(Powder)

In 2015, China enacted the toughest environmental law in order to encourage the nation to save energy and reduce emissions.After the government launched the ‘Coal to Gas Switch’policy, the cost of the energy had increased significantly. This has undoubtedly put a huge amount of pressure on the low-margin cardboard manufacturers.

The application of T20 Nano Starch Paste Enhancer in glue making is going to lead a revolution in carton packaging industry.
It is the best solution in order to achieve the goal of‘energy saving and emission reduction’and increase the profit without adding any extra cost.

Due to the stable viscosity of the paste, the efficiency of the production can be increased by 10% or more (under the same steam temperature).

 

Principle

By adding the efficient etherifying agent to the product, carboxyl and carbonyl group to the starch molecular chain (apart for hydroxyl).

This has improved the initial stickiness and the fast dry of the paste significantly. The starch can expand and bond instantly with less heat, hence the steam pressure of the corrugator is reduced.


Dosage and packaging
Suggest dosage: 5% of the starch addition

Stabilizer dosage: 0.8-1% of starch addition

Usage
1. Add nano paste enhancer into agitator after addition of starch, the following steps remain the same as the standard paste making.

2.At workshop, use the glue with T20 enhancer . Observe and compare if the speed, bonding and fast dry is better. If so, the speed can be increased gradually (at least 10%).

3.If the speed cannot be increased any more,it can be set at the boiler room by reducing the steam pressure to 0.5 MPa. In the case of having a steam sensor (automatic controller) , the steam pressure can be reduced even further.
