Principle

By adding the efficient etherifying agent to the product, the carboxyl and carbonyl group are added to the starch molecular chain (apart for hydroxyl). This has improved the initial stickiness and the fast dry of the paste significantly. The starch can expand and bond instantly with less heat, hence the steam pressure of the corrugator is reduced.

Under the same temperature condition,
The general production efficiency of using GT series starch paste enhancer is increased by about 10% compared with the traditional additives.
So far, it is the only effective solution to realize environmental safety, energy saving and emission reduction, low cost and improve the quality of cardboard.
